Rico Bernasconi proves, once again, that he has his very own unique musical style. \r\nIn 1986, at the young age of 15, the busy House and Club DJ taught himself to hang up. Rico continues to evolve his sound and his production remains contemporary. \r\nHis record company, ‘Starshit Recordings’, is firmly established within the music industry and his killer remixes rock the clubs worldwide every weekend.\r\nTimeline:\r\n2003 – 2005: Releases first single, ‘Hypnotic Tango’, under his former pseudonym “Rico Bass” - as a member of “Master Blaster” - on Clubland Records\u002FSony Dance Vision.\r\n‘Hypnotic Tango' made a big impact in the club scene, and spent quite a few weeks in the Top 10 of the German Media Control Charts. It also garnered a highly coveted Echo Nomination.\r\n2005 – 2007: Rico makes the hard decision to leave “Master Blaster” and joins Kontor Records, co-creating a fresh project called “Vinylshakerz”.\r\nTheir first single, 'One Night in Bangkok', debuts at #26 in the German Media Control Charts. It also performs very well in Eastern Europe, earning a high position on the radio and video charts.\r\n2008 – Present: Rico decides to publish under his real name, Rico Bernasconi, and collaborates with artist’s that include; Black Eyed Peas, Snoop Dogg, Missy Ellott, Timbaland, Yves Larock and many others.\r\nCurrently, Rico is working on his own new releases that will surely create a stir throughout 2014.\r\nAmong other things, a “Master Blaster” \r\nreunion is planned.
