Dillon was raised in Newport Pagnell, Bucks. At 17 he was bought a keyboard by his dad which he went on to use as an outlet for his imagination and the songs that had grown in his head.\nIn September 2006 Static Caravan released the debut ltd 7” single Racing\u002FTokyo Moon.\nWindmill is now signed to MELODIC.
